1948 6” Rockwell Delta Milwaukee Jointer Planer Serial 60-6632 (project).
* first and foremost I’m not an expert in old machinery-and the serial number as decided from the Vintage Machinery site is what led me to the 1948 dating of this machine.
Further-this was a project that never got completed and is seeking a new home. What is shown in the pictures is what’s included. (I did find a set of 6” blades that would need to be sharpened due to what looks like nail damage and will be included in the sale).The table mechanisms all work nicely-there is no damage or repairs on the machine. There are no blades included. The spindle rotates nicely with no binding.
Based on its weight-I’d prefer a local pickup in the Union Grove, Wi 53182 area (hour north of Chicago and 30 mins south of Milwaukee). If you’re prepared to pay shipping-please feel free to reach out as I would just like to find a home for this sooner than later and will carefully box this machine up if needed. I do not want to part it-unless it makes sense for someone and the price is right for me to sell parts.
