ACRYLIC ROUTER PLATE FOR MAKITA RT0701C and XTR01Z fixed bases

Description

•  Up for sale is a new 1/4inch acrylic plate for Makita palm router. It will fit the fixed bases of models XTR01Z and RT0701CX7.
•  The plate measures 3-1/2" in width and 4-1/4" in length. When attached to the router it will stick about 7/8" from the front of the router base. At the other three sides it is almost flush. The circular opening in the middle is 1-1/2" in diameter and  it measures
1-3/4"
to it's center
from side to side
. The same
1-3/4" from back
to center and
2-1/2" from
front
to center.
You can use the screws from the round black plate to attach the acrylic one.
•   The acrylic plate will give you more visibility and control over the round black plate as well as the ability to cut with more confidence along a straight edge. I have swapped plates on all four of my Makita palm router bases, and it makes a big difference. The router is more stable and especially so for work on small surfaces and edges. It's also made here in Massachusetts!
•   It does not work with guide bushings.
•  Acrylic plate only. It does not include router, base or anything other than the plate.
