The book is 18" (46cm) x 13" (33cm)

when closed. EXTREMELY HEAVY ITEM!!
Condition:
Condition is acceptable as observed. The folder is damaged here and there as seen in the photos provided. Everything is loose/detached. The plates/sheets are in pretty good shape however expect some damage around the borders of some of them. There may be some tears/ripped pages but nothing is missing. There may be stains and dusty areas.
This item was stored from almost a century so please expect signs of age everywhere but NOTHING IS missing.
