Art Glass Tumbler "Off Center"

Description

Very interesting art glass tumbler signed Off Center. Stands almost 4 and a quarter inches tall, this clear glass tumbler appears to be rolled in pink frit and smoothed out. I find the "burnt" appearance of the bottom very interesting.
