FOR SALE IS A COMPLETE WORM GEAR AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY THAT HAS A INSTRUMENT GRADE PRECISION BALL BEARING SUPPORTED INPUT SHAFT.
RATIO IS 60:1   BRONZE GEAR HAS .250" BORE
For clarity each buy it now is for one complete worm bracket assembly with the hex key and 60 tooth bronze worm wheel.

14.5 DEGREE PRESSURE ANGLE ON THE WORM   .625" PITCH DIAM.
The bracket uses high-quality precision ground shaft material that is manufactured by Precision Marshall IN THE USA.  2 stainless steel shaft collars hold the assembly in place.  The worm gear comes with a stainless steel setscrew.
This is very easy to use for the DIY’er. The mounting bracket uses two adjustable slots (.250” wide) for mounting and is very easy to set up and get the correct tooth mesh. Any 6 mm or quarter inch diameter mounting screw will fit through the slots for mounting purposes. (THE TWO 1/4-20 BOLTS ARE JUST FOR ILLUSTRATION AND ARE NOT INCLUDED)
YOU SUPPLY THE SHAFT FOR THE BRONZE GEAR.
Please look carefully at the photograph of the bottom side of the aluminum bracket and you will see that it has 4 pre-indicated dimples that can be drilled out by the user to add additional screws. (WE USE #8's)
