    Piece is handmade, signed and has numbering etched on it but I cannot decipher the signature
    It was purchased over 20 years ago in an art glass dealer's studio in Yountville, California
    It is from my own personal collection
    It has only been displayed in a case - it is whimsical and a vibrant cobalt blue color
