Vintage Erik Hoglund Kosta Boda Art Glass Face Wall Sconce Replica from Mexico
This is a mold blown glass face most likely from glass makers in Mexico in the Erik Hoglund Kosta Boda style. The glass piece features a face with an elongated nose in a rounded triangular shape. The color is a beautiful amethyst swirl with darker areas of amethyst with some clear showing through. The face comes with a wrought iron stand holder in which there is a place on the back to put a candle and also a hook in which to hang on a wall if so desired. The glass is in very good condition. There are no cracks or chips. The iron holder is slightly bent. It possibly could be straightened, but not sure.
The piece measures about 10.5 inches tall in the holder and about 5.25 inches wide and about 6 inches deep.
