  • Condition: Excellent condition on this stunning hand crafted fused glass Bear mask; no chips or cracks, with one silicone mounting support broken off the back (see photo). A mix of metallic, glitter, iridescent glass is used to make this colorful mask. Signed by the artist (illegible) and was most likely made up in the First Nations (indigenous peoples) area of Northwest US or Canada by perhaps the Haida tribe or the Tsimshian tribe.

    Description

    Stunning fused glass mask.  This hand made studio piece features a tribal animal spirit mask, in the form of the Bear, and has numerous different pieces of special glass fused to the front; iridescent, glitter, metallic, etc.  A bold and colorful addition to your wall.  There is one silicone mounting hole missing from the back, and it is not known how it can be mounted.  Otherwise excellent condition; no chips or cracks and measures aprox. 13.5" tall and 9" wide with a depth of 3"and weighs about 3.5 pounds.
