I have a Garmin DriveSmart 50 portable GPS navigation system. Main color is black, it was made in China and it was released in the year 2016 with product number 010-01539-00 and UPC 753759157203. This Garmin GPS unit has a 5" touchscreen, it's Bluetooth capable and provides drive alerts. The Garmin box shows North America LMTH.
Which means this GPS unit is pre-loaded with North America maps. You Can then get updates by going to the Garmin website and download their updater software. From there after you install the software on your PC, you should then be able to connect the Garmin DriveSmart 50 GPS unit using the included USB cable and it should detect it and allow you to update it with the latest maps.
This comes with the original box, the GPS unit, a USB cable, a Garmin vehicle power cord where you can plug it into your vehicles cigarette lighter and it comes with a Garmin car mount with a weighted bottom, as seen in the photos provided. It does not come with any documentation or software.
If you need documentation on how to use this GPS system, you should be able to download the manual online. I have plugged in this GPS unit, using the vehicle power cable, into my cars cigarette lighter and was able to verify it turns on and works. The screen works, including the touchscreen function.
I was able to go through different screens and view all the options and functions. So it does appear to work just fine. It has been used before, so there is some minor wear and tear from usage.
