    This is an intact cord taken from a working router.
    Wires on the motor end: one has a female spade connector for the interlock switch; two are bare for connection with wire nuts.
    On the switch end: wires are tinned with solder to stiffen them, They are pushed into the connectors on the switch; they can be removed by pulling firmly straight out. Try using slip joint pliers and turning the head against the switch and levering.d
