Make strong plate joints quickly with this heavy duty plate joiner. This Makita features six touch-of-the-finger depth settings for no. 0, no. 10, and no. 20 biscuits. Get exact measurements with the rack-and-pinion fence adjustment. The cast-aluminum pivot fence has positive stops at 0, 45, and 90 degrees. Blade changes on this planer are a breeze: simply loosen the knob on the blade door, turn the shaft lock, and there you are! Other features include a large top-grip handle, a nonmarring rubber strip insert, easy-to-reach cam locks, and double insulation.
