    Description

    Both items have been tested and function well. However the router on the collet area the bits seem to get stuck. So a new collet would need to be for replacement. As for the pvc pipe shear the appears dull and is chipped, so the knife needs to replaced or sharpened as you see fit. Also some damage on the tool, But The blade will still open/close as should be. The Items are in very lightly used condition. Light cosmetic scratches apply.
    ~2723-20~ Bits get stuck on collet, Needs a replacement.
    ~2470-20~ Blade is dull & chipped, Also some damage on the tool. But doesn't affect the tool when open/closed.
