    Description

If you are looking at this, I'm guessing you already own one, love it, and want another. Or your existing one has issues and you want to replace it.
Included is the controller, clear plexiglass front cover, short network patch cable, power cord & wall transformer, four mounting wood screws. quick-start guide, CD. The CD contains pdf's of the quick-start guide and also a highly detailed user manual. It also has a simple find-me exe if you are unfamiliar with networking DHCP setups and how to find devices based on MAC address.
I think these are non-issues but it
is missing 1 small black screw and one grommet (see pics). One of the 6 plexiglass screws is missing (see lower left corner). Of the two wiring holes in the bottom, one is missing a grommet.
I was so excited when I bought this years ago! Only to have my dreams crushed when my contractor f'd up my sprinkler install and was constantly needing to troubleshoot his install and all he would do is point the finger at my controller. I gave up and purchased an old-school manual sprinkler controller so he could troubleshoot, and guess what? He then realized my controller wasn't the problem. It was his high-school drop-out's wiring job. Of course running the system only once or twice a week meant that I wouldn't discover the next screw-up for a while. Took three months of them poking at it. I didn't dare move the wiring back to my netAqua. At the end of months, still issues, I had to jump in and learn how sprinklers worked so that I could troubleshoot it. I did just that and corrected many issues including replacing bad solenoids. I was so tired of dealing with the sprinkler "project" sapping my time, when it was fine-tuned by me and working properly I had no desire to move back to the netAqua. What a freakin' sad story. I'm an IT tech and had even ran a behind-wall network cable to the controller location in my garage. All abandoned. Why am I selling it now? I had to pull it off the wall to sell our house. The new house we are constructing just installed a Rainbird controller with wifi. I'm sure it's a wi-fi based cloud managed system. I prefer netAqua since it's web-based and doesn't require "cloud". But since my everything about my new house has contractors with warranties I'll stick with what they give me.
I fired it up today and the LCD screen lit up and went thru it's bootup procedures. I used the four buttons on the bottom to navigate to the network settings. Viewing the IP address I then used Chrome on my PC to browse into the controller. Everything worked as the first time I set it up. I did screen captures of various pages as shown in the pictures.
I did not do a system reset, so some of my info is still in there such as labels for the zones. I never used the wifi, just the hardwired port. The instructions state that to use the wifi, you must first access it with the hardwire.
You can see info about the device by going to kickstarter and searching for netaqua.
