Noble Effort 1986 Vase, 9" Art Glass, Purser & Marquis, Shape & Animal Murrine

For sale is a 9" high glass vase marked with the Noble Effort 1986 cane. This vase is an excellent example of the collaboration of Ro Purser and Richard Marquis who  teamed up in the 1980s to create beautiful, unusual and unique at glass. This vase blends pastels and graphic shapes, hallmarks of 80s style, with a blue rim and a frosted interior fading from pink at top to a bluish white at the bottom. The exterior is decorated with an assortment of glass pieces and murrini including shapes and animals. The vase measures approximately 4 1/2" wide across the top, sits on a base 2 3/4" wide and stands 9" high.
This beautiful vintage piece is in very good condition with no damage observed. There is light shelf wear on the bottom rim.
