Proxxon MF70 CNC controller

Description

The controller is basically a desktop PC and runs on a Raspberry Pi. It has all the advantages of a linux PC. Programs for basic CAD (LibreCAD) and CAM (bCNC) are preinstalled. A nice LCD Display lets you see your controls and the Raspberry desktop.
You don’t mess up your Laptop with chips or coolant or other workshop dirtiness.
The controller is robust and solid and workshop proof.
The controller can drive up to for stepper motors for
milling machines
(like the Proxxon
MF70/CNC-ready, Proxxon FF500
, the manual Proxxon MF70 with the CNC Kit) or other machines that use stepper motors (
3d printer, cutter, engraver,
…)
The controller works without additional components. Just connect the motors turn on the controller and you are ready to go.
The MF70 spindle can also be connected to the controller so when the emergency stop button is pressed, also the spindle stops.
A input for probing is also built in.
