Product Description Zinsser Bulls Eye Zero Primer-Sealer provides all the benefits of Zinsser's premium primers with zero VOCs, making it perfect for use in both exterior spaces and interior areas where air quality is a consideration. Primer seals tannins bleeds and blocks tough stains while providing excellent enamel hold out and adhesion. Dries fast to allow recoating within 1 hour. From the Manufacturer Eco-friendly, zero VOC, water-base formula, sticks to all surfaces, blocks and seals stains, graffiti and tannin bleed, fast dry time, recoat in 1 hour. Approximately 400 square feet per gallon depending on application method and surface porosity.
