I am a retired gift shop owner with leftover inventory. I was an official Ty retail account for many years. This beanie is from carefully stored inventory and has never been displayed or played with.  I have inspected the tag and it is in good shape. I issue no guarantees, though, as to the total perfection of a tag.
This Scoop beanie pelican measures approximately 6" (sitting), is item #4107, was produced in 1996, was made with PE pellets, and is retired. No display stands are included.
