Shipping Damage:

In the case where damage was caused by shipping, we will file a claim on the customer's behalf and the shipping company will process the claim. Returns and Exchange:
To return or exchange items please first email us to get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us.  The shipping that we initially charge is not refundable. Shipping is "free", but the actual shipping cost will not be refunded in an event of a return. Usually 0+ depending on location.
