Setting up your Smart Locator is easy - just download the Verizon Smart Locator Hub app and sync up with your connected device to get started. The best news is: you don't need to be a current Verizon customer to use it! You can still experience the ultimate combination of speed and reliability on Verizon's network on an existing account (including family prepay) or a new prepay account.
Get access to your Smart Locator for up to 5 days before having to recharge it by adjusting the pinging intervals or turning on Inactive Mode. With its waterproof and dust-resistant design, the Verizon Smart Locator was built with the real world in mind.
The Verizon Smart Locator comes with 12 months of complimentary service following the activation of the device.
Beginning on the 13th month, customers will be charged monthly payment for the service. Simple unpairing of the device will not end the service.
Set personalized geo-fencing zones and get notified if your dog ever leaves the yard. Check up on your bike with on-demand location pinging. Or set up to 10 trusted contacts who can find and recover your smart locator, even when you're not around.
