Very good found condition bottle...no chips, cracks, nicks, repairs, crazing, etc..some scuffs and scratches as expected on a found bottle......item could use some additional cleaning that a shake with rice and water should help....otherwise nothing negative to report on this item.  Please see my pictures, use the zoom feature, for a visual description of the item you are considering purchasing.

, registered labels for this Old English Hair Tonic and also for an Indian Herb Tonic both in 1901. The product was being sold by the Paxton Toilet Co. for a few years and later the Comfort Powder Co. (1926). It's possible that these were the same company. The brand name was registered as a trademark in 1926 by the Comfort Powder Co.,

. They claimed that the brand name had been in use since 1890. The Paxton Toilet Co. was in business at least as early as 1907 and at least as late as 1922.
