    Hand Blown Cobalt Blue Emperor Penguin
    Stand about 6 - 6.5 inches tall
    It is signed on the back of the base...It looks like Shaffetall '88
    Can not find that artist anywhere..if anyone is familiar drop me a line I would appreciate it.
    No chips of cracks on the penguin
    There is a spot on the underside of the base - see photo.
    Not sure if is a chip or just part of the glass blowing process.
    It's a really cute piece
