Race Series R-77 2-1 Trapezoidal Exhaust System Full System by Yoshimura®. The popular R-77 offers outstanding performance, thanks to being developed in the heat of competition. It features a trapezoidal design, which allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. The R-77 muffler's front cap is MIG-welded, while the end cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.

foundation in Fukuoka, Japan in 1954, Pop Yoshimura started engine tuning in his own way. There was no information of engine tuning at that time, and he tuned many engines all by himself with his inspiration and knowledge in engineering. His years of experience made the name "Yoshimura" famous for the quality and the performance. Still more, the reputation has been created from various racing victories around the world. Yoshimura has done an expansion abroad in 1973 and Yoshimura companies (Yoshimura Japan Co., Ltd. and Yoshimura Research & Development of America, inc.) have been both started to grow dealing with motorcycle performance products. Today Yoshimura is widely known for its top-notch exhaust, engine, electrical, chassis, and race kit parts.

Warranty:
All Yoshimura of America, Inc. exhaust systems carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the exhaust system.
What Voids the Warranty:
Abuse, misuse, improper installation, and modifications.
Custom applications.
No proof of purchase.
Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt and chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.
The international gray market product purchased through a dealer/distributor not authorized for your country will not be supported by this warranty.
Electrical parts are not covered under the warranty.
Extent of the Warranty:
Any defective exhaust system will be repaired or replaced by Yoshimura. The company is not responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the exhaust system. Yoshimura reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. Yoshimura is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors, and modifications - should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
If you have a fitment or other problem, or are missing a part, please double-check this trouble shooting guide first:
Reference your instruction sheet and double-check all drawings and instructions.
Make sure muffler clamps are installed correctly (refer to instructions diagram). On many models, there is a right and wrong way to install. Also verify part numbers on headers and tail pipe.
Always make sure to install spring-mounted manifolds and flanges on the cylinder head prior to installing headers.
Always take time to examine problems in detail.

Shipping

We ship from multiple locations around the US (items will ship from closest warehouse that has inventory at the time the order is placed) and use several methods of shipment including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to ship using another carrier if necessary. If you require a particular service be used, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Returns
RETURN POLICY:
Buyer has 30 days from the date that the item was received to contact us (Adrenaline Junkee) either by eBay message or opening a return in eBay.
Buyer must receive an RMA # before sending item back to us.
All items must be returned to our Arizona facility and in the same condition as received. All items must be in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. [in cases of an error on our end (this will be determined when buyer contacts for RMA #), a pre-paid return label will be sent to the customer]
Refund/Exchange/Replacement will be issued within 6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON:
Electrical items where the box has been opened and or the part has been installed. (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturer's warranty; in which case, please see warranty section).
Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all, it is used and cannot be resold as “New”.
PART(S), TIRE(S) & TOOL(S) RETURNS:
Tires may be exchanged/returned if unused. We do not refund or credit the original shipping to the buyer.
Any tool(s) removed from the original package may not be returned. -Any part(s) that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.

By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Adrenaline Junkee will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of its ability as customer service is our top priority.
All items that are returned to Adrenaline Junkee for manufacturer warranty consideration must have shipping paid to and from our warehouse.
